I have been in the Consulting/Coaching/Counseling arena for the past four decades. My formal training is in Neurological Linguistics. I have helped countless individuals and companies move from survival mode to thriving in their businesses and personal lives. It all starts with a conversation. The simple question is: what's your biggest challenge. Ten times out of ten it starts with Rapport. Ok, so what does true Deep Rapport look like and why should I care about it? We'll get to the "what", but first let's deal with the "why".

It helps establish trust and understanding between people, which leads to more effective communication and collaboration. When people feel a connection with each other, they are more likely to be open and receptive to each other's ideas and perspectives, and they are less likely to be defensive or resistant to feedback and change. This results in better relationships, more productive interactions, and a more positive overall experience for all parties involved. It also results in rapid increases in measurable results for you and your business. The question then becomes, do you want to work smarter or harder?
